Prof. Dr. Tobias Schumacher, Chairholder of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the College of Europe, Natolin Campus, participated as a guest in the introductory meeting of  Turkey Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Europe College Fellowships that was  organized by Marmara University European Research Instititute. The meeting began with the opening speech of Assoc.Prof. Münevver Cebeci who is one of the lecturers of European Research Institute. After a detailed presentation of Prof. Dr. Schumacher about  the history, academic programmes and application requirements of the Europe College, the meeting ended with the interactive participations and questions of students.
