The panel, which was organized within the scope of "Protection of Academic Heritage in the Middle East", conducted by the Council of Higher Education(YÖK), was held on 21 February with the title of "Internationalization and Refugee Students in Higher Education".

In the  panel, whose purpose was the  Protection of Middle East's academic heritage ,Turkey’s  4 million refugees, refugee academicians and students and related experiences were discussed.

Galatasaray University Rector. Prof.Dr. Eyüp Ertuğrul Karsak, Rector of Middle East Technical University Prof.Dr. Mustafa Verşan Kök and YÖK Executive Board Member Prof.Dr. Zeliha Koçak Tufan participated is the panel as speakers.
