Istanbul Youth Services and Sports Provincial Director Cemil Boz and Başakşehir Municipality Youth and Sports Director Selim Çelebi participated as a panelist in the panel discussing the importance of establishment in the development of Turkish sports and the work that local authorities have done in this regard.Besides, encountered  bureaucratic, psychological and economic problems  and ways to solve these problems were discussed. Cemil Boz and Selim Çelebi, who graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Sports Sciences, stated that the qualified work force is more important than the      lack of establishment and this can be solved by participant students’ active working in the sector. Deputy Dean Assoc. Prof. Veysel Küçük PhD thanked them for sharing their valuable experiences with the students and  said that they will continue to lead as a faculty in the sense of not only sporting sense, but also management. At the end of the panel, a plaque and flowers were given to panelists. The panel ended with photo shooting.
