The mission and the objectives of the center are to;

Conduct scientific, theoretical, and application based research studies concerning human rights and freedom, organize activities to enhance and spread the concept of human rights govern applications in the light of the improvements concerning the human rights on the international arena hold international and national conferences, seminars, symposiums, and to cooperate with the Ministry and affiliated public institutions through data gathered from international / national conferences, seminars and seminars, conduct research studies, and to provide consultancy to public and private institutions within the framework of national interest, provide vocational training concerning human rights,
