After the moment of silence and Turkish National Anthem, the opening speech of the programme was held by Prof. Dr. Sebahat Deniz, Dean of Faculty of Arts and Sciences and Ramiz Hacızade, attaché of the General Consulate of Azerbaijan. The panels were held after the opening speeches.
