Judge Hayri Kaynar, the Chairman of the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice, stated that his expertise is one of the soft spots of the justice institution and that the problems were tried to be resolved by trial until yesterday, Hakki Hayri Kaynar said that expert reports can change the course of the cases and  these reports have a very important place in the judicial system.

Hakim Murat Boylu, the Chairman of the Istanbul Expertise Region Board,  stated that he was not invited to any ceremony before, so he thought that the MÜSEM graduates were the first for the  Basic Education Of Expertise Program and  he said that they wanted instructors to give education in the direction of the new law leaving one side of the informal tradition that has been formed in years. President Boylu also added that although they experts could  be qualified in their professions, they were able to submit irrelevant reports to the court and  this education would close this deficit.
