Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Akgiray gave information about the topics such as the aim of achieving a research university,  the Entrepreneurial and Innovative University Index, University Ranking by Academic Performance, the new  lecturers who get involved in the faculty during 2018, scientifical projects of the faculties, university-industry cooperation, the studies within intellectual and industrial property rights, new tubitak programmes. Following of  Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Ahu Altınkut Uncuoğlu’s presentation, Rector Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar addressed to the Academic General Meeting for the Faculty of Engineering. The meeting ended with the expressing the wishes and desires.
