The Graduation Ceremony of Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy

The 2015-2016 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony of Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy was held in Haydarpasa Campus Resat Kaynar Hall on June 24, 2016 with broad participation by academicians, occupational organizations and alumni’s acquaintances. Former Rector Prof. Dr. Turay Yardımcı Ph.D., Rector of Medipol University Prof. Dr. Sabahattin Aydın Ph.D.,   Dean of Marmara University Faculty of Business Administration Prof.Dr.Nuran Cömert Ph.D., Director of Marmara University Institute of Health Sciences  Prof. Dr. Göksel Şener Ph.D.,  Director of Marmara University of Vocational School of Health Services Assist.Dr.Meral Yüksel Ph.D., GATA (Gulhane Military Medical Academy) Chief  Pharmacist  Albay Ayşen Çölkesen  and emerita Prof.Dr.Ayla Gürsoy Ph.D. were among guests who attended the ceremony.

Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy Prof. Dr. Ş. Güniz Küçükgüzel had her opening speech. Ceremony continued with speeches from Chairperson of the TEKB (Association of All Pharmacists Cooperatives) Board of Directors Phar. Mustafa Turunç, second Chairperson of the İEKOOP (İstanbul Pharmacists Cooperative) Phar. Hakan Ertem, Chairperson of TEB ( Association of Turkish Pharmacists) 31th Area Chamber of Pharmacists Phar. Bilal Arpacı, Association of Alumni of Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy second Chairperson Phar. Belkıs Ünver, ECZAKDER (Evaluation and Accreditation Association for Pharmacy Education) Chairperson Prof. Dr. Sevim Rollas Ph.D. and  former deputy Phar. Mehmet Domaç.

After ceremony speeches, Student Representative of the Faculty Fikret Sağban and highest ranked student of the term Emine Hande Bayram had their speeches. After ceremony celebrations, Berat Bersu ranking second and Zülfiye Taşçı and Sıla Yıldız ranking third was represented their plaque and gifts. Diplomas were given to 2015-2016 Academic Year Alumnis by faculty members. The graduates were made to take Pharmacist’s Oath by Prof.Dr. Güler Yalçın Ph.D. and threw their caps into air in the end of the ceremony.
