Womens have enormously power which all the things are open  to change around it. This power  is capable of converting a conflicting language  to compromising position.

Minister of Treasury and Finance Berat Albayrak, saying Turkey gained acquirements about  fighting for gender equality before  Europe, added that “we will continue to take necessary steps that enable womens becoming more apparent. They have been coming a long way in the labor force participation in last fifteen years. This acceleration that we catched in the private sector are not enough for the public sector. We trust  and believe women to obtain these positions also in the public sector”.

Minister of Family, Labour and Social Services Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk said “Becoming a women in the business life is no longer a disadvantage,  but privilege. A lot of countries, including Europe, have now fallen behind Turkey about women employment. The percentage of women’s partificipation in the labour force is 34,1.  We aims to increase this percentage of the women participation to 41 percent in 2023. I believe that a women is always at the center of the life both at home and working life. The power of women is enough to change the world, if she wants”.
