After the one’s minute silence, the ceremony began with Turkish and Azerbaijani National Anthems, which was held in the Technology Faculty Conference Hall. The Commemoration ceremony continued with speeches made by Ebulfeyz Elçibey‘s son in-law Agil Samedbeyli and Ebulfeyz Elçibey‘s consultant Assist. Prof. Arif Acaloğlu. In the end of the ceremony, President of the University Turkic Culture and Studies Club Hasan Baybura and Veli Akın presented plaques to the spokespeople.
