Marmara University School of Medicine academicians Prof. Goncagül Haklar, Assoc. Prof. Arzu İlki and Acıbadem University School of Medicine instructor Prof. Fehime Benli Aksungar attended the panel held in the Haydarpaşa Campus Ord. Prof. Reşat Kaynar Conference Hall with their presentation. The panel was held under the chairpersonship of Marmara University SHMYO Medical Laboratory Techniques program coordinator Assoc. Prof. Ayliz Velioğlu Öğünç.
Issues discussed in the panel are as follows: ways of being successful in the medical laboratory technician profession, new automatize techniques in microbiology laboratories and new technological development in the clinical laboratories. The panel continued with participants’ questions and directors of Yeni Yüzyıl University and Kocaeli University Vocational School of Health Services shared their thoughts on the topic. The event held with 220 participants from 14 universities ended with good wishes that meetings like this event will be held more often.
