Opening speech of the seminar was delivered by Director of Banking and Insurance Institute Prof. Erişah Arıcan PhD. Speaker of the seminar Banker Assoc. Prof. Reha Yolalan PhD gave information about banking evolution, how the banking system developed, Turkish banking system, sustainable targets, greening risks, digital world, multiple distribution channels, industry 4.0 and mega trends. At the end of the seminar, Prof. Erişah Arıcan PhD and General Secretary Assoc. Prof. Mehmet Ersoy PhD presented a plaque was  to Assoc. Prof.Reha Yolalan PhD.
