“The International Symposium on Advanced and Sustainable Manufacturing Frontiers (ISASMF 2026)”, organized in cooperation with the Marmara University, the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) and the National University of Singapore (NUS), was successfully held in Singapore between June 10-13, 2026.
Hosted by the National University of Singapore, the symposium brought together researchers, academics, and industry representatives working in the field of advanced and sustainable manufacturing on an international platform. Prof. Dr. Yusuf Kaynak, a faculty member of Marmara University's Faculty of Technology, was among the founding members of the symposium and made significant contributions to the organization of the event at the international level.
Within the scope of the symposium, which was attended by approximately 100 researchers, academics, and industry representatives from six different countries, a total of 75 scientific papers were presented across 19 technical sessions. While current research in the field of advanced and sustainable manufacturing was discussed at the event, major steps were taken toward sharing scientific knowledge and developing international academic collaborations among the participants.
Concluded with intensive academic interaction and scientific sessions, ISASMF 2026 made a significant contribution to strengthening international cooperation in the field of advanced and sustainable manufacturing.
