Marmara University and Mingachevir State University of Azerbaijan signed an academic cooperation agreement to strengthen collaboration in education, research, and academic activities.
Under the agreement, the two universities aim to promote the exchange of academic and administrative staff, establish undergraduate and graduate student exchange programs, develop joint research projects, and carry out collaborative scientific and academic activities. The cooperation activities will be planned by mutual agreement between the parties and implemented in accordance with the relevant legislation of Türkiye and Azerbaijan.
Pursuant to the agreement, student exchange programs will be conducted for one academic semester. Students participating in the exchange program will be exempt from paying tuition fees at the host university where they study.
