Reading Skills in 21st Century

Educational Consultant Tony Gurr who attended as speaker to the seminar of Reading Skills in 21st Century  which was organised by School of Foreign Languages English Language Unit emphasised that  when it comes to 21st century skills and tools, focal point shouldn’t always be technology, and said it is important to pay attention to how developing thinking will affect the technics of education personnel. Indicating that a technology as in The Matrix movie doesn’t exist so as to enhance the efficiency of students’ reading, Gurr also said that a revolution that changes the teaching methods of reading skills doesn’t exist. Gurr underlined that 21st century skills force education personnel to be more creative and to take risks more especially in preparatory schools.
