The Department of Art Education at Marmara University’s Atatürk Faculty of Education is hosting three thematic student exhibitions that bring together different disciplines. Titled “Unity”, “Togetherness”, and “Biomorphosis”, the exhibitions were opened to art enthusiasts on May 6. The opening ceremony featured speeches by Marmara University Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kurt, Head of the Department of Art Education Prof. Dr. Fatma Evren Daşdağ, and the exhibition coordinators.

At the exhibition, works themed “Unity” by Graphic Design students, “Togetherness” by Original Printmaking students, and “Biomorphosis” by Sculpture Workshop students were presented for the guests’ appreciation. The “Unity” and “Togetherness” exhibitions, organized under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vesile Aykaç, highlight the spirit of solidarity and unity, offering inspiration to future art educators. The “Biomorphosis” exhibition, curated by Lecturer Yıldız Yılmaz Kaçar, features original sculptures inspired by organic forms and produced in the wood workshop. The exhibitions will be open to art enthusiasts from May 6 to 16 at the Exhibition Hall of the Department of Art Education, Marmara University Atatürk Faculty of Education.
