The 2024–2025 Academic Board Meeting of Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy was held on Wednesday, June 18, at the Faculty of Pharmacy Conference Hall.

The opening speech was delivered by Prof. Dr. Hatice Kübra Elçioğlu, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, who presented a comprehensive overview of academic evaluations for the 2024–2025 academic year. Following her, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kurt, Rector of Marmara University,  shared a presentation on the Faculty of Pharmacy’s research data and performance goals with the faculty members. During the meeting, which included evaluations of the faculty, Prof. Dr. Kurt emphasized the importance of research and project-based work for academic development, highlighting the contribution of high-quality output in these areas to scientific success. The program continued with a question-and-answer session following the presentations.

At the end of the meeting, plaques of appreciation were presented by Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kurt and Dean Prof. Dr. Hatice Kübra Elçioğlu to Prof. Dr. Derya Özsavcı, Prof. Dr. Kadir Turan, Prof. Dr. Sinem Göktürk, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gülbin Erdoğan for their outstanding performance. Additionally, administrative staff member Ayşe Katmer Bozkurt was presented with a plaque of appreciation for her dedicated contributions to the faculty.

Certificates of appreciation were awarded to Dr. Ayfer Beceren, Dr. Damla Damar Çelik, Dr. Setanay Özer Önder, Research Assistant Sena Ergün, Research Assistant Muhammed Oğuzhan Doğan, Research Assistant Erol Akgün, Research Assistant Beyza Nur Topal, Research Assistant Işınsu Mutlu, and Research Assistant Merve Gürboğa for their contributions to a project led by Dean Prof. Dr. Hatice Kübra Elçioğlu, which was deemed eligible for support under Group A of the Turkish Health Institutes Directorate (TÜSEB). The meeting concluded following the presentations of these acknowledgments.
