A cooperation protocol was signed on Wednesday, 11 February, at the Rectorate Office of the Göztepe Campus between Marmara Üniversitesi and Nahçıvan Devlet Üniversitesi. The protocol was signed by the Rector of Marmara University, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin Okur, and the Rector of Nakhchivan State University, Prof. Dr. Elbrus İsayev.

Within the scope of the signed protocol, the two universities plan to carry out joint activities in the fields of education and research. In line with the agreement, it is aimed to implement exchanges of academic staff, students, and administrative personnel and to further develop academic cooperation.

The signing ceremony was also attended by Vice Rector of Marmara University Prof. Dr. Ümit Süleyman Şehirli; Rector’s Advisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif Ural; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehdi Genceli; and Rector’s Advisor of Nakhchivan State University Dr. Receb Ceferli.
