The project titled "VALOstones: Valorization of olive stone by-product as a green source of innovative and healthy value-added products in the context of the circular bioeconomy and sustainability",in partnership with Prof. Dr. Ebru Toksoy Öner from the Marmara University Engineering Faculty Bioengineering Department and with a budget of 1 Million Euros, was accepted.
