Prof. Dr. Yusuf Kaynak, from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Technology, Marmara University, was awarded honorary professorships by two universities in China for his international contributions and pioneering work in manufacturing technologies.

In a ceremony held at the Rectorship of Yancheng Institute of Technology in Yancheng city, China, with the participation of university administrators, academics, and students, the Rector of Yancheng Institute of Technology, Prof. Shao Rong, expressed their great pleasure and honor in awarding Prof. Dr. Yusuf Kaynak the title of Honorary Part-Time Professor. As part of the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Yusuf Kaynak delivered a one-hour lecture on manufacturing technologies to the attendees.

Another ceremony was held by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Jiangsu University of Science and Technology in Changzhou, China. At the ceremony, Dean Prof. Dr. Shaopeng Kang presented Prof. Dr. Yusuf Kaynak with the Honorary Visiting Professorship certificate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Following the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Yusuf Kaynak gave a presentation on his ongoing research and delivered a lecture on manufacturing technologies.
