Marmara University employs 365 students within the scope of İŞKUR Social Work Program

Within the Social Work Program implemented in the public institution with the cooperation of  İŞKUR, 365 university students were entitled to take part in various units of Marmara University by drawing lots. The students came together with İŞKUR and university officials at the İbrahim Üzümcü Conference Hall in Göztepe Campus and were informed about the process.

300 students were assigned within Marmara University’s “Zero Waste Project” in the field of nature protection. In order to support the cultural and social services of public institutions, 10 students were employed at the corporate communication office and 55 students started to work for the maintenance and order of libraries.

The students will work until 30 September in departments of university  as 3 days in a week. At the end of the program, students are expected to earn income while improving their social skills.
