This program is held with the aim to share experience and views of teachers who works in universities and local governmental kindergartens and also to improve their skills and knowledge. With this aim, 12 academic member within the Marmara University Ataturk Faculty of Education Department of Preschool Teaching Education will give seminars to teachers from both institutions on different and eye-opening issues in the early childhood. Seminars will be hosted by the Marmara University Prof. Dr. Ayla Oktay Preschool Teaching Implementation Unit. Thanks to this work, it will lead new studies and also contribute to collaborations between university and local government. It is aimed that totally 60 teachers from both institutions will benefited from the program.  Kadıköy Municipality Kindergartens directors, teachers, organizing committee of the program lecturers Elif Küçükoğlu, Şennur Niran, RA Fatma Ünsal and Department of Preschool Teaching Education lecturer Assist. Prof. Özgül Polat attended the program which was began with Prof. Ozana Ural’s opening speech on April 10, 2017.
