The "SAP (System Analysis and Program Development)  Innovation Awards 2022", known as a  world leader in enterprise application and software, in which the most successful software and digital transformation projects of the year worldwide are selected, were announced.

Carried out under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Özlem Şenvar, FLO WISE, the artificial intelligence project of FLO Mağazacılık ve Pazarlama A.Ş., became the winner of the business transformation category. FLO Wise, the artificial intelligence-focused digital transformation project, won an award from among 200 competitors from 40 countries.

Flo Wise, which is basically a system that works in the "product return" phase, analyzes the history of damaged products brought to the stores by the customers, together with the artificial intelligence assistant. The basic features of the product, if any, its return history, its durability against seasonal conditions and historical customer behavior data are analyzed and the "return request" is concluded in the most beneficial way possible.
