Inst. Dr. Emine Cengiz Mater, who is responsible for the Marmara University Library and Documentation Department Corporate Academic Archive Unit,   was given the 2023 Contribution to Archival Science Award by the Turkish Archivists Association at the "Turkish Archives and Sustainability in the 100th Anniversary of the Republic of Turkey: 177th Anniversary of the Establishment of Treasury and 18th Archiving Day" event.
