The panel on global climate change, organized by Marmara University Research Center for International Relations (MURCIR),  will be held on 22.12.2015, at 14:00 p.m., and Assoc. Prof. Semra Cerit Mazlum will be the moderator of the given event. The speakers of the panel are Dr. Nilüfer Oral of Istanbul Bilgi University, Tema General Director, IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) Lead Author, Assoc.Prof. Barış Karapınar of Bogaziçi University and  Dr. Baran Alp Uncu of Marmara University.
