Emin Arat said, "I greet the gallatnt people of Bosnia-Herzegovina, who are the memory of the Fatih Sultan Mehmet and the person Baqir Begovic with love and affection." "For Bosnia-Herzegovina, which is an integral part of Islamic history, Islamic geography and Islamic society, is a blessed country with an exceptional place in all of us." For us Sarajevo's Bursa, Mostar's Edirne, Tuzla's Kütahya, Srebrenica's Sarikamish. There is no difference, and in the years of occupation in which all the values of mankind are under slavery, a great leader who has rarely been seen in history has emerged as a nation deserved to be enslaved in the middle of Europe. Not only the Bosniaks, but the entire Islamic world is indepted to Alija Izzetbegovic, who leads the great resistance movement saying, "I swear to God, we will not be slaves." Bosnia-Herzegovina is the last great remains of the Islamic world in the west. , The presence of Muslims in Istanbul,Bursa,Konya, Şanlıurfa in Bosnia and Herzegovina depends on the fact that Bosnia and Herzegovina is in safety.I would like to thank the member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mrs Bakir Izetbegovic, who honored our university today.

Bosnian culture will be represented in events being  cinema, music, literature and photographic arts. It will last until October 29 in Istanbul.
