In the list of scientists whom their h-index number is more than 20 (h>20) and which was published in the Science and Technology Magazine numbered 1441 of Cumhuriyet Newspaper on 31 October 2014 : Prof.Dr.Ali Rıza OZKAYA, Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry of the Science and Letter Faculty, Marmara University; Prof.Dr.Atıf KOCA, Lecturer in the Department of Chemical Engineering of Engineering Faculty; Prof.Dr.Mustafa BAKIR, Lecturer in the Head of Pediatry of Medicine Faculty and Prof.Dr.İsmail CİNER, Chief Physician of Marmara University Pendik Hospital.
The first three of them who were entitled to enter to the list had been appointed as the member to the Turkey Academy of Sciences (TÜBA) in 2012 thanks to their scientific productivity which were mentioned in the aforesaid news.
*h- index,which measures the productivity of scientists and the qualitative of that productivity,is based on the set of the scientist's most cited papers and the number of citations that they have received in other publications.
