Organization was held with the attendance of General Secretary Murat Arısal and accompanied by the presentations of Vice Dean of the Facult yof Law Lect. Dr. Hüseyin Melih Çakır and Lecturer Assoc.Prof.  Saim Ocak of the Faculty of Law.

The event began with the opening speech of General Secretary Murat Arısal. He began his speech by saying “We have attached importance to the training of our personel in every level, and with this occasion, we initiated this programmme.”

Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Department of Labour and Social Security, Assoc.Prof. Saim Uysal, who gave presentation  titled “Awareness Regarding Labour-Management Relations”, said that they gave this training to prevent job accidents  and the other bad incidents and shared his experiences and deductions. He emphasized to the importance of the Occupational Health and Safety Law. Adding all employers are required to read  the Law no.4875 to his words, Uysal stated that giving training to executives that enables them to pay attention for the psychology of working is very beneficial.

Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law, Lecturer Dr. Hüseyin Melih Çakır talked about the hierarchical system between employee and employer within the scope of Administrative Law in his presentation.  Çakır, saying that  all employees should do their part, laid emphasis on the personal liability and contingencies. “To develop current units and to move them further are within the bounds of the possibility”, he said. Vice Dean Çakır said it is importatnt to read the Presidency Directive related to carrying out public services.”
