Marmara University  Won 4 Projects Within 2218 National Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship Program

Application results for the 2218 National  Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship Programme 2021/1 carried out by the TÜBİTAK Scientist Support Programs Presidency were announced. Within the scope of the fellowship program in which our university won 4 projects, researchers will complete their post-doctoral studies by conducting research in laboratories for 24 months.

  • Assoc. Prof. Halime Çevikbaş, with her project “Production of Gelatin-Based 3D Bioprinting Dressings Containing Lavender Oil”, under the supervision of Oğuzhan Gündüz;
  • Prof. Dr. Murat Ünal, with his project "Preparation of pH-Sensitive Core-Shell Structured Drug Delivery Systems for Use in the Treatment of Brain Tumors" under the supervision of Mehmet Sayıp Eroğlu;
  • Assoc. Prof. Zeynep Rüya Ege, with her project titled “Investigation of In-vitro Local Therapeutic Effects of 3D-Nanofiber Patches Obtained by Combining 3D Printing and Electrospinning Methods on Pancreatic Cancer” under the supervision of Oğuzhan Gündüz;
  • Alper Yıldırım, with his project titled "Investigation of the Click Reactions of Acetylene Derived Phthalocyanine Molecules with the Synthesis of Azide Derived Oxazolidinone and New Type Insecticide Carbamates, and Carbonic Anhydrase Isoenzymes and Inhibition of Acetylcholinesterase Enzyme", under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Zafer Odabaş.

 

They were entitled to receive a fellowship within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 2218 National  Post-Doctoral Research Scholarship Program. We congratulate our faculty members and new researchers and wish them continued success.
