The program began with Mimar Sinan University Faculty of Arts and Sciences Department of Histor lecturer Prof. Nesrin Sarıahmetoğlu’s speech and continued with Marmara University Institute of Turkic Studies Director Prof. Okan Yeşilot’s speech. Prof. Nesrin Sarıahmetoğlu examined the Nagorno-Karabakh War with a historical perspective and Prof. Okan Yeşilot evaluated the incident generally.

In the end of the program, MU Faculty of Arts and Sciences Dean Prof. Sebahat Deniz and MU School of Foreign Languages Director Prof. Harun Duman presented appreciation certificates to the spokespeople.  Participants were given Revan Türkleri Erivan Türk Yurdudur whose editorship undertook by Prof. Okan Yeşilot.
