Robotics Coding Courses for Future Engineers

The new term registrations of the Robotic Coding Training Program for Children ”which is prepared in collaboration with Marmara University Continuing Education Center (MÜSEM) and Vocational School of Technical Sciences.

The first of these courses was held in the laboratories and workshops of the Vocational School of Technical Sciences and started on 26 June and ended on 18 July.

Within the scope of the program, individual robotic coding training in which the “learning by doing” is applied remained the main priority.

In this process, child engineer candidates were provided with technical skills that they  could improve analytical thinking such as sensor connection, dc and servo motor connection, mechanical design, manual coding, computer coding, drag and drop in the visual environment, such as coding techniques to improve analytical thinking. The aim of the course is also to develop cognitive and affective skills such as associating the designed electromechanical structure with an object in daily life, making presentations, learning and collaborating together.

Within the framework of the training organized by MÜSEM for the development of children and young people, the second one, which will start on September 28, 2019,  “Robotic Coding Training Program for Children” will be prepared and presented to the basic and intermediate level with the English language option.

New semester registrations for the program have started.
