Statistics  Students Ranked First  in Open Source Hackathon

Our students of the Department of the Statistics ranked first  In the  Open Source Hackathon, which was organized by Turkey Open Source  Platform in the IT Valley and assessed on 1st December.

Yunus Emre Gündoğmuş and Feyza Zeynep Salam, students of Ka| Ve team that won the first place with "Summarify-Personalized News Summarizing Assistant" project, received the award.

Yunus Emre Gündoğmuş and Feyza Zeynep Salam, who won the right to use a free office for 1 year in the IT Valley and one laptop, were presented their prize by Mustafa Çöpoğlu, Secretary-General of East Marmara Development Agency and Ahmet Serdar İbrahimcioğlu, General Manager of IT Valley.
